Welcome to Rising Star Utils. By accessing our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

Rising Star Utils provides tools and utilities designed to enhance the experience of players in the Rising Star blockchain game. We operate independently and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rising Star, Hive, or Hive Engine. All actions are signed using Hive Keychain, and we never request or store private keys.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use Rising Star Utils. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are a minor under your local law, you may only use the service with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

All blockchain transactions are final and irreversible. We do not have access to your assets and cannot cancel or refund any operation. You are solely responsible for every transaction you sign with Hive Keychain.

We display data from public Hive and Hive Engine nodes. While we try to be accurate, delays, caching or discrepancies may occur. Always verify transactions and market data before confirming any action.

We may perform maintenance or face service interruptions due to technical or network issues. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, error-free or bug-free availability of the platform.

You agree not to: (a) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, its servers or related infrastructure; (b) scrape, crawl, spam or overload our endpoints; (c) use the platform for any illegal activity, fraud, money laundering or market manipulation; (d) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code; (e) interfere with other users' use of the platform. We may suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these rules.

All content, design, code, logos and branding on Rising Star Utils — except for third-party trademarks (Rising Star, Hive, Hive Engine and related assets, which belong to their respective owners) — are the property of Rising Star Utils or its contributors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission, except for your normal personal use of the platform.

Rising Star Utils is free to use and is partially supported by advertising served by third-party networks such as Google AdSense. Ads are clearly distinguishable from our own content. We are not responsible for the products, services or content of any third-party advertiser. Clicking on an ad will take you to a third-party website governed by its own terms and privacy policy.

The platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted service. Rising Star Utils is a utility and does not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Any decision you make based on information on this site — including buying, selling or trading NFTs, tokens or other digital assets — is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rising Star Utils, its operators and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of digital assets, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Rising Star Utils, its operators and contributors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of the platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws of the jurisdiction where Rising Star Utils is operated, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication and update of the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the new terms.
